Your Personality and The Group

So today I want the class of 2013 to learn about their personalities and how they may interact in a group. My objective for this lesson is for students to comprehend different personality types and write a paragraph concerning how their personality may tie into to other's personalities. I believe it is important to get a feel for who you are and how you interact with others. The test we will take is the short Jung test. It is approximately 50 questions and shows us insights into our personality. We will then study what it means to be the four letters and write a short paragraph explaining what our letters mean and how we will relate to our groups. No full names should be used in this exercise. We will talk about how I will identify you. This is a 10 point project. 4 points for explaining your letters. 5 points explaining how you will work in a group (includes what jobs you will want, problems that might arise, and how others will see you) 2 points for actually posting the comment to this blog entry. Sounds like fun? I think so; let's make it happen!! (For the lesson and SLEs go to my website.)

P. S.
If you want to know what I am. . .ENFJ (I have been an ENFP, those letters fluctuate.) I have leadership qualities and only 2.5% of the population is an ENFP.

I am an ENFP wich means I am extroverted and a leader. I have the ability to move the group and keep them going. However, I can kind of get lost in the big picture and I need someone to help bring me back to reality, or at the very least figure out details to make my big ideas happen.

KN 2nd- I have an ENFJ personality, which means "the giver". I understand and care about people. My main interest in life is giving love, support, and a good time to other people. I sometimes feel lonely when surrounded by people because of my tendency to not reveal my true self

I'm a ISTJ(The Duty Fullfiller)I'm loyal, faithful, dependable, honest. I believe in laws and traditions & expect it from others. I have a strong scene of duty. I have problems saying "no". I'm overly obsessed with structure, and insist on doing everything by the book. Usually work alone but usually taken advantage of.

I am a ESFJ which means i am a caregiver. The caregivers are usually the ones who can read others very well and also and understand other point of views. It says "They are warmly interested in others. They use their Sensing and Judging characteristics to gather specific, detailed information about others, and turn this information into supportive judgments." That is what they say about caregivers.

I am an ESTJ.

E- Extraverted
S- Sensing
T- Thinking
J- Judging

ESTJ's are also known as "The Guardian". They tend to base thoughts on fact rather than feeling. They think very logically. They are very strong in their beliefs. Also they tend top stick to a system of order and are always on task, and put a lot of effort into everything that they do. I think that I can be a help to my group by making sure that everyone does their part of the work. Also i can help by making sure that things get done on time and are done correctly. I may not always see things from others perspectives so I may need to be reminded of that so every group member feels like there opinion is heard. DH 1

I'm an ISFJ or "The Nurturer". I live in a world that is kind and try and see the best in people. I have a very clear idea of how things should be, and always try to make that possible. I'm extrenmly aware of my feelings and those around me, but we usally dont express those feelings. We take our responsibilites very seriously and people rely on us a lot. We also enjoy creating structure and order and are very good at it. I think this describes me very well. Allison Braly 6th hour.

I got ISTP
and i think it means that i'm kinda laid back, and don't really care about what other people think,or say to me.
I also think it means i don't try to draw too much attention to myself,or distract othrs while they are trying to accomplish something.
it also means i am a private type person,i would rather struggle tan ask for somebodys help.
So i will help my group in every possible way i can! and i won't be a distraction to the others in my group.
I will also strive to help my fellow classmates, group members.
I will be good in a gruop because i don't thirst for attention,or want to make by group members do poorly on ANYTHANG we do!
And that's what I Tyler Watkins will do god in my group in Mrs.Bottoms 1st hour class! :)

I am an ESFJ. I am "The Caregiver". I am a people person and can find something good in anyone. I am energetic and love being liked. I don't get why people are unkind and like things to be happy and easy-going. But I also like to be in control. I want everything to right and be organized. It says "ESFJs at their best are warm, sympathetic, helpful, cooperative, tactful, down-to-earth, practical, thorough, consistent, organized, enthusiastic, and energetic."

1.) My reaction to the video was OMG! I was asking myself: How did I miss the GIANT, FUZZY, MOON WALKING BEAR?! I didn't realize that my eyes miss stuff if I'm not looking for it.

2.) A good ending to the video would be: "Unlike this video you don't get a second chance if you don't see a cyclist and hit them. Be on the look out the first time"
