Great Style Example!
Wow, Arlene and Sydni do a fantastic job of utilizing vocabulary, pop-culture phrases, and sentence structure to create a stylish, interesting blog post. Their work really entices you to take a deeper look into what they are discussing. If anyone would like to see an example of style, here's a "razzle-dazzle" one!
Vacaroo
Hulk Acorns from second hour found a really fun website. I just tried it with really good results. They have a good idea on how to incorporate it into the classroom as well.
http://vacaroo.com
This website allows you to record your voice. This could come in handy when a teacher is going to give a big lesson. You could record what they say instead of trying to keep notes and possibly missing some information. We could have a lesson over this by: Mrs. Bottoms teaching a lesson, and half the class keep notes, while the others record it on Vacaroo. At the end of the hour we can see who likes their information better.

READMEO
A sixth hour student found Readmeo and it looked so helpful I went right ahead and signed up! There are so many sites that I just don't have time to look into when I first see them. What an excellent solution! Thank's Hadley.
Readmeo is website that saves links you don’t have time to check out at the moment. You just find links you want to check out, save them to Readmeo, and come back later to finish what you started! Simple! I think teachers especially would love Readmeo. They can search websites, save links, and plan the lesson when they had more time in their busy day. This would be helpful to students too. Students can save links for projects, essays, research and homework. This would help students plan better and they wouldn’t loose a good website after hours of searching. It would cut research time in half, and would be easy for students to cite where they found their information. Readmeo is the perfect school website!
UJAM
The following message comes from one of my talented students in eighth hour. She found a cool side and great possible idea for it's use in Education. Way to go Candace!!
